If You Are Sad!
No, I’ll not say I’m sad you are going through this difficult phase. I’ll not indulge in grief along with you. Never! Rather I’m convinced impediments, grief, setbacks and disturbances will mould you into somebody special. I heard someone say today that failure teaches us far, far more than victory, always. I agree! Therefore, I’ll pray for you and wish that you welcome your grief with a smile and say – Try me, I stand strong, you can never break me, you can only mould me into a better version of myself…into a fine miracle!

End of the World!
The travelling monk looked at the famous Il Gigante for a long, long time. His serene eyes were the colour of the ocean, while his orange robe gleamed in the sun. The beach was sparsely crowded and he found a quiet place to sit.
Sana, a middle aged writer, found the pensive monk as interesting as that colossal sculpture of Neptune towering above them. There was a strange, other-worldly glint in his eyes. She wanted to click his snap for her travelogue.
“Hello Sir, I am Sana, a tourist! Can I have a snap of yours, please,” she went near the monk and requested. He just smiled.
Perhaps, he did not know English language! She tried to communicate in a sign language. He smiled again, wrote something and gave her.
“The day this sculpture falls, the world will end. Every minute is important,” the note said.
Sana looked up, but the monk had vanished. A terrible gush of wind blew away the paper from her shivering hands!

A note and gift for Santa Claus from a four year old
I have been a good boy this year. I am sending you a ring this year to say ‘thank you’.
I wish for:
1) A spyglass
2) A dinosaur for my little brother Aviraj
Thank you,
Adiraj
(This is what my four-year-old came up with when I asked him what he wants from Santa Claus this Christmas. He thought about giving first. He said we should give star war ring to Santa Claus, make him happy and also cook food for him. He also thought of giving carrots to Santa’s reindeers on their arrival. He went on to tell me about the gifts he wanted – Spyglass like Jake the pirate. And wished for a dinosaur for his baby brother.
So, together we put together this special note and gift for Santa Claus and have kept it at a safe place for Him. Hope we make Santa smile this magic season…Ho Ho Ho)
