From Chandraprakash to Chandramukhi

This Thermocol Mannequin Head in the hobby store, ‘Michaels’ caught my attention. It looked so inviting that I couldn’t resist buying it for $5. My little one, who loves naming everything, called it ‘Chandrapraksh’ for some reason. Chandraprakash stayed in the laundry room until yesterday when an idea struck me. And then the process of transforming Chandraprakash into Chandramukhi began in the basement.

Some acrylic paint, brushes and sketch pens were used to paint her face. And a flower sticker was attached to her neck.

A feather band was used as a headgear.

And finally she looked like this. Now, she sits prettily in a nice corner. This is my Chandramukhi!

But how would you decorate and transform your Chandraprakash?

  1. Shivangi this is more than Wonderful.
When something gets transformed mostly it starts looking better, nice and amazing. This is what has happened.
Now you can price it a Simple 500 Dollars. 😃
    There are buyers, be sure.
    How are You and family.
    Regards 🎶💞🌷

      1. Shivangi I once again came and saw Chandramukhi. Wow! She is now looking like a Queen, yesterday the third photo of her’s was not there. It is not easy to transform until there is an Artist in You.
The question you have asked, I dare not answer.
        Hahaha

  2. Liked the name Chandraprakash but he has nicely transformed into Chandramukhi with some great strokes from an artist in you. Chandramukhi reminds me one of the pivotal characters in the Bengali novel Devdas by Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay. Who can forget Madhuri Dixit as Chandramukhi and her dance with Paro (Aishwarya) ― Dola Re Dola. 🙂
